FAQ – Shipping & Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 5–8 business days (or sooner). This is a one-woman shop, and I truly appreciate your patience while I carefully prepare each order. Every order is packed by me with lots of love ♡ For the month of May, all orders over $75 will include a free random full-size sticker as a thank you.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is processed, it will ship right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 4–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at the moment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to help. Please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Please contact me immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can update it. If it has already shipped, I am not responsible for incorrect addresses.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Once shipped, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but I will always try to help however I can.

Why does processing take a few days?

Each order is packed with care by me to ensure it arrives safely and in the best condition.

Will items restock?

Some items may restock, while others are limited releases. Follow my social media for updates on restocks and new drops. 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me (shopswoleotaku@gmail.com) within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. I will be happy to help and make it right.

If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are unsure about sizing or between sizes, you are always welcome to email me (shopswoleotaku@gmail.com) before placing your order and I will do my best to help guide you.
